Projects

People at the centre. Progress in view.

Project reporting connects community needs with clear objectives, planned activities and evidence of what changes.

Community-led development

A clear account of the work.

A project record should explain the community need, intended beneficiaries, location where confirmed, activities and progress. Planned, ongoing and completed work must be clearly distinguished, with dates and outcomes supported by verified information.

Responsible reporting also protects the people involved. Photographs, videos and community accounts belong in public reports only with appropriate permission and safeguards.
